Vicki Ahlgren has been working at Tallman Medical Spa since May 2006. Vicki is native of Billings, and graduated from Senior High School.  Vicki received her cosmetology license from the College of Coiffure Art and has been active in the beauty industry since 1989.  In addition to providing clients her Signature Manicures and Pedicures, Vicki has received certification to perform GentleLASE hair removal, V-beam Perfecta, Yag and Fraxel laser treatments, offering skincare consultations for all products and treatments at offered at Tallman Medical Spa. Vicki is married and has 2 children. In her spare time, she enjoys family outings, camping and reading.

Cassandra Kelly
esthetician, laser technician

Cassandra has been working at Tallman Medical Spa since July 2010. Cassandra is a Billings native.  After completing two years of college at MSU Billings she decided to pursue a career in skin care.  Cassandra graduated with an esthetics license from the Academy of Nail, Skin, and Hair in February 2009, where she also received an endorsement and additional education in microdermabrasion.  Upon joining Tallman Medical Spa, Cassandra has received certification to perform GentleLASE hair removal, V-beam Perfecta, Yag and Fraxel laser treatments.  She is married and has a daughter.  When not working she enjoys spending time with friends and family, dancing, swimming, kickboxing, shopping and cooking.

Ellie Horn, NCTMB
massage therapist, laser technician

Ellie Horn has been working at Tallman Medical Spa since January of 2011.   She grew up in Wyoming where she attended Central Wyoming College and graduated with an Associate Degree in General Studies with an emphasis in Health Education.  After graduating from CWC, Ellie attended Denver School of Massage Therapy.  There she was trained in Swedish Massage, Injury Massage, Sports Massage, Russian Sports Massage, Hydrotherapy and Body Treatments, Trigger Point Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Structural I and II, and Acupressure.  Upon graduating from DSMT, Ellie became Nationally Certified and has been working in Billings as a LMT.  Ellie has received certification to perform GentleLASE hair removal, V-beam Perfecta, Yag and Fraxel laser treatments.  Ellie enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding, cross-country skiing and hiking, and loves to travel to see her family and friends when she gets the chance.

Amy Johnson
Spa Assistant

Amy has been working at Tallman Medical Spa as a Spa Assistant since August 2011.  She attended Miles Community college on a volleyball scholarship where she received her Associates in Arts & Sciences with an emphasis in Kinesiology.  Upon graduating she attended the Montana School of Massage in Missoula, MT and practiced as a LMT in Bozeman and Billings for 5 years.  New to the Billings area, Amy and her husband enjoy anything outdoors from hiking, camping, fishing, and hunting with their crazy bird dog Oskar, to spending time with friends and family far and near.  In her down time Amy is either running or trying to play golf. 

Michelle Qualls
Practice Manager

Michelle Qualls has been working at Tallman Dermatology & Medical Spa since July of 2008.  She graduated from MSU-Billings with a degree in Business Finance and earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Montana.  Michelle worked in the healthcare field in strategic planning and practice management for 10 years before joining Tallman Dermatology & Medical Spa.  Michelle has received certification to perform GentleLASE hair removal, V-beam Perfecta, Yag and Fraxel laser treatments.  Michelle is married with two daughters. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys cooking, running and spending time with friends and family.
