Vicki Ahlgren

Vicki Ahlgren has been working at Tallman Medical Spa since May 2006. She is a native of Billings, MT and after graduating from Senior High School, attended cosmetology school and has been active in the industry since 1989. Vicki is married and has 2 children. In her spare time, she enjoys family outings, camping and reading. She attended the 2007, 2008, and 2009 International Esthetics, Cosmetics, and Spa Conference in Las Vegas, NV. and is a member of the Society of Dermatology SkinCare Specialists. Upon joining Tallman Medical Spa, Vicki has received certification to perform GentleLASE hair removal, V-beam Perfecta, Yag and Fraxel laser treatments.

Cassandra Kelly
esthetician

Cassandra has been working at Tallman Medical Spa since July 2010. Cassandra is a Billings native.  After completing two years of college at MSU Billings she decided to pursue a career in skin care.  Cassandra graduated with an esthetics license from the Academy of Nail, Skin, and Hair in February 2009, where she also received an endorsement and additional education in microdermabrasion.  She is married and has a five-year-old daughter.  When not working she enjoys spending time with friends and family, dancing, swimming, kickboxing, shopping and cooking.

Ronna Williams
spa assistant, laser technician

Ronna Williams has been working at Tallman Medical Spa since May 2009 as a spa assistant. She is a native to the Billings area, and graduated from Montana State University - Bozeman with a degree in marketing. Ronna is married with two children ages 13 and 11. In her spare time, Ronna enjoys golfing, hiking, fishing, and camping with her family. She and her husband enjoy designing and building homes. Ronna also volunteers at her children's school and in their church. Ronna has received certification to perform GentleLASE hair removal, V-Beam Perfecta, and Fraxel laser treatments.

Michelle Qualls
Practice Manager

Michelle Qualls has been working at Tallman Dermatology & Medical Spa since July 2008.  She graduated from MSU-Billings with a degree in Business Finance and earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Montana.  Michelle worked in the healthcare field in strategic planning and practice management for 10 years before joining Tallman Dermatology & Medical Spa.  Michelle is married with two daughters ages 7 and 10.  In her spare time, Michelle enjoys running and spending time with family.  Michelle has received certification to perform GentleLASE hair removal, V-Beam Perfecta, and Fraxel laser treatments.
