Welcome to Tallman Medical Spa in Billings, Montana. We are a true medical spa, where the medical treatments and the spa experience come together. Dr. Philip Tallman, a board certified dermatologist, has been performing aesthetic/cosmetic laser treatments since 1994. When he saw the high demand for these treatments, he decided to expand his practice in order to offer his patients more treatment options with a higher quality of customer service. Our medical spa opened in October 2005 as an extension to Dr. Tallman’s thriving dermatology practice.
