Botox® Cosmetic is a simple, non-surgical, physician-administered treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate to severe frown lines between the brows and along the forehead in people from 18 to 65 years of age. It is the only treatment of its type approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). One 10-minute treatment—a few tiny injections—and within days there is a noticeable improvement, which can last anywhere from 3-6 months. Results may vary.

Cost: $13/unit. Treatment typically takes 20-40 units, depending on desired results.

Restylane® is an FDA-approved dermal filler made of a biodegradable non-animal stabilized hyaluronic acid (NASHA™). Upon being injected beneath the skin’s surface, the NASHA gel adds natural volume and lift to smooth wrinkles and folds. Restylane can also be used to plump the lips, which helps smooth vertical lines on the upper lip, also known as “smoker’s wrinkles”. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in all living organisms and provides volume and fullness to the skin. Results may vary and can last between 3 and 6 months.

Radiesse® is an FDA-approved dermal filler that is used to correct moderate to severe wrinkles and folds around your nose and mouth. Radiesse stimulates the body to produce more collagen and the results are seen immediately. It provides a natural, youthful look, and in many patients the results may last for up to a year. Radiesse treatments are performed by the physician and take about 20 minutes. There is little or no downtime. Results may vary.

Juvederm® is the answer to smooth out those deep unwanted lines between your nose and mouth. Juvederm contains hyaluronic acid, a natural complex found in all living things. It provides a uniquely smooth and natural look and is approved by the FDA. It is administered by the physician and the procedure only takes 10-20 minutes while the results can last 6-12 months. Results may vary.
