Hot-Stone Massage
Surrender to the healing warmth of this ancient massage. Stones from the Yellowstone River are heated in warm water. They penetrate the deeper layers of your muscles to take you to a new dimension of relaxation.

Neuromuscular (Trigger point) Therapy
This technique applies concentrated thumb/finger pressure to "trigger points" which are painful, irritated muscles with areas of restricted blood flow; these can put pressure on nerves, which may radiate pain to other areas of your body. This massage helps to break cycles of muscle spasm and pain to improve general function.

Myofascial Release
A form of bodywork that uses a 3-dimensional application of sustained pressure, gentle pulls, rolling and lengthening strokes to extend and improve tissue mobility in order to release tension in the fascia (the tissue structure which lines and covers nearly everything inside and around our bodies).

Pre-Natal Massage
A specially trained therapist chooses gentle techniques that are safe and effective for pregnant women to help alleviate the physical discomfort and fatigue related to pregnancy. Prenatal massage can improve circulation, diminish back and hip pain, reduce leg cramps and swollen ankles, as well as relieve headaches. Designed for pregnant women 12 weeks to full term, with a doctor's note of approval.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. The primary aim is to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas. Deep tissue massage is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure. For extra time on particularly seized trouble spots, we highly recommend a 90-minute session.

Vichy Shower Treatments
These soothing and relaxing experiences begin with your choice of one of our scrubs or wraps, each designed to target your personal needs. We use nourishing products to promote smooth, fresh, and healthy skin. During your wrap, enjoy a wonderful scalp and face massage. Your technician will gently remove the body products with our multi-head horizontal Vichy Shower, sending water cascading over the entire body. By focusing the water jets primarily on the reflex zones along the spine, sacrum and legs, the Vichy Shower effectively stimulates the internal body systems, circulation, metabolism and enhances lymphatic drainage as well as promoting a tremendous sense of relaxation. It is recommended NOT to shave prior to this treatment.
Wraps
Marine Algae Wrap
Detoxify and re-mineralize the skin with warm, protein-rich sea algae. First, the entire body is cleansed and exfoliated. Next, a pure, micronized algae paste is applied. You are then wrapped in a blanket and allowed to relax while the algae's iodine, vitamins, and minerals penetrate. The treatment finishes with a moisturizing massage.

Dead Sea Mud Mask
This treatment begins with a brisk, full-body exfoliation. Next, a rich mud is applied all over. Cocooned in warmth, you will enjoy the silky sensation of a pressure-point scalp and foot massage as the mud absorbs into the skin. Designed to ease away tension, help boost metabolism, reduce water retention and speed up the elimination of toxins while firming and toning the skin naturally. The treatment finishes with the application of a moisturizing lotion.

Scrubs
Sea Salt Glow
Mineral rich sea salts combined with pure essential oils are massaged over the body to deeply cleanse, exfoliate and stimulate circulation and to nourish sun-exposed or dehydrated skin. Your skin will glow from the inside out. Both salt and stress are washed away with our unique Vichy shower, leaving the body feeling energized and revived.

Glycolic Body Smoother
The body is first exfoliated with Papaya Mint scrub followed by AHA 15% lotion. This enzyme scrub is gently invigorating with Jojoba beads to polish the skin, leaving a smooth, pampered, baby-soft texture. Papaya dissolves surface debris, detoxifies skin and cleans pores.

A Day at the Beach
This treatment starts with a full body deep cleansing to eliminate dead cells and impurities for a smoother and even looking tan. The result is a golden natural-looking tan without the damaging effects of prolonged sun exposure.

This treatment was created for individuals with cellulite and stretch marks. It is designed to reduce and reverse dimpling while increasing skin firmness and elasticity by using a mask with 50% strength of Vitamin C, improving the visual texture of stretch marks.

Reflexology
Reflexology involves the massage of certain points on the feet and, less often, the hands. Spray Tanning
Our secret to providing the perfect tan? Our Mystic Tan Tanning Mist is specially formulated to polarize each particle of tanning mist as it is applied evenly to your skin, ensuring a consistent tan every time—with no streaks. A technician will deliver a customized sunless tanning application to each customer based on their body size, skin type, and desired color. Please speak with spa staff for pre-treatment instructions.
